Young and vivacious actress and singer Demi Lovato who was once suffering from bipolar mental disorder is now the champion of mental illness and helping others to fight it as well.

She has recently penned a self help book Staying Strong 365 Days a Year is a super hit on amazon and has already entered into the New York Times Bestseller list.

In the book, Demi has poured her heart out. She has given details about the struggle of her life: from addiction to depression to her fight back.

Getting rid of any addiction which is actually destroying your life as well as your loved ones life requires a lot of determination, great will power and firm resolve for a better life.

The book is collection of 365 thoughts strengthen your resolve which also helped Demi in her life as well. Some of them are her own thoughts while others are written by some of the eminent thinkers.

She wrote about the lessons she learned, meditations she practiced, her daily goals that help her survive each following day while her will for healing every day grown stronger.

Verdict: Staying Strong 365 Days a Year is a great inspirational book. If Demi can overcome such adversity then why can’t others. This book really help. But do not try to read it all at once. One mantra at a time. Let it sink in and strengthen your resolve.
